When you upload audio or video files, these are temporarily stored in our secure servers and Cloudflare R2 storage. Files are automatically deleted within 1 days of upload. During this period, you may download input and output files. After 1 days, they are permanently deleted and unavailable.
c) Subscription & Payment Information
Payments and subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Your payment information (e.g., credit/debit card details) is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: Provide and improve web features. Process audio/video files and deliver results. Manage authentication and subscriptions. Communicate with you about your account and updates.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Uploaded files are retained for up to 1 days and then permanently deleted. Account information is retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.

Our Website uses the following services, which may collect information: Stripe – subscriptions, and payments. Cloudflare R2 – secure cloud storage. RunPod – AI model processing infrastructure.
